*Buyer or “you” means the customer who is place an order to buying Dekarda products.
**We or Our means Dekarda.
1. PRICING
Dekarda reserves the right to alter the price of any product or service without notification.
2. PAYMENT

Dekarda offers 2 payment methods :

 

For Indonesian Buyer, Dekarda only receives the payment to our BCA account.

For Foreign Buyer, Dekarda only receive the payment via Paypal

3. ORDERING PROCEDURE

Ordering

Please place your order by emailing us at info@dekarda.net.

Our customer support will assist you thoroughly from choosing the products to personalizing the product (such as picking the color & the packaging, design modification, etc.).

Urgent orders may incur an extra charge on top of the total price payable. Please email us before ordering.

If you live in Surabaya area, we gladly invite you to our gallery at Jl. Darmo permai utara X / 24, so you can see all of our products physically.

 

50% Down-payment

Since most of the order is personalized and customized differently from one to another client, it is necessary to put a 50% down-payment before we can process your order. This policy is only to ensure that the client respects his/her bargaining part of the deal. The purpose of administering this policy is to help us to preserve our competitive selling price.

No refund or cancelation accepted after the deposit paid.

Your order is considered as a final.

 

Drafting (Est. Completion: 1 – 21 Working Days)

After we received your down payment, we will send to you the wording templates. You will provide us the wordings in Ms. Word format (not handwriting or bitmap or jpg).  Make sure they are all correctly written. We would copy exactly like what client informs us, and we endeavor to ensure there are no errors, we do ask that you take the time to revise your documents and ensure

what you send us is grammatically correct especially when it comes to the name of your guests and addresses.

Personalized proofs designed will be emailed within 5 working days for your review after the wordings have been received.

 

Manufacturing / Personalizing (Est. Completion: 1 to 55 Days)

We require the full payment to be made prior to production so we can continue to start manufacturing the product.

No changes can be made once printing occurs. Any changes after the printing start will only be re-made at the Buyer's own cost. Dekarda accepts no responsibility for any error in design or printing after proofs are confirmed.

This division requires the longest time span because we believe that the best quality begins from the manufacturing process. And a meticulous manufacturing process takes time.

Imported products do not need the manufacturing process. We only need to personalize your name (silk-screening, embossed, hand-written, etc.) on the product. This process only requires several days.

As for the hand-made crafts, we need more time to develop before we can personalize your name. If you want to know the rough idea of how much time it requires to develop certain products, we suggest you consult our customer support.

 

For Urgent orders :

If you need these cards urgently, please let me know when is your due date, so we can check with our production schedule if it's can fit in your delivery date. And we can offer you our express order service for printing.

 

Quality Assurance / Packaging

It is virtually improbable to control the quality of each product since one order usually consists of hundreds of products. Realistically, we try our best to ensure the quality of each product before we pack.

 

Delivery

We require a postage fee to be paid before we ship the products to you.

Shipping (Est Time Arrival: +/-  7-8 Working Days)

The shipping cost is very variable, postage and handling charges will be incurred by you.

We will ship your package via TNT Fedex Economy Service.

At this week, the shipping rate is USD 12.6 per kg to Australia and USD 13 per kg to USA and UK (for 21 to 44kg)

The shipping rate is subject to change without notification.

For Express Delivery, kindly contact our CS for further information.

After we ship your order from our workshop, we will inform you and provide you a "Tracking Number" from the shipping company (UPS / TIKI / FeDex / DHL). Thus, you can easily track the order from your place.

 

* We will not be responsible for any delayed order due to the late draft approval and payments we received from the customer.

** The customer will be liable for any goods and services tax payable on the supply of goods and/or services by Dekarda to the customer. Dekarda is not responsible for delays due to customs.

*** The customer is responsible for any charges assigned by customs that are added to their shipment.

**** Temporary Surcharge fee (will be charged temporarily during the corona pandemic) : USD 3.1 per kg.

Customer Relation Management

One of Dekarda philosophies is: "It is always good business to know about our customers before they walk into our door." Therefore, Dekarda always try to update the product and service trend from Dekarda’s previous client to develop a better one for the future client. Dekarda believes one satisfied client equals ten future clients.

4. STOCK / AVAILABILITY

All stocks (papers, handmade papers, envelopes, ribbons, flowers, etc) may vary slightly from batch to batch. Dekarda endeavour to keep good stocks of all our products, however Dekarda cannot guarantee when Buyerplace an order that sufficient stock will be available or if a particular stock has not been discontinued.

5. COLOUR OR FINISHED PRODUCTS

Printed colours may slightly vary between orders and samples.

We are unable to accept returns because your printed stationery does not match the colors you see on your screen. This is because all monitors and screens display color differently and may not accurately represent how your order will print. Dekarda takes no responsibility in this regard.

If you are concerned about color, we highly recommend ordering a sample prior to ordering.

 

The Buyer also acknowledges that there will always be some variations in texture, colour and thickness of the same type of paper/cardboard provided by suppliers and paper/cardboard classified as the same type and colour will not be exactly the same at any one time due to the nature of paper/cardboard stock over time. Accordingly, samples provided by Dekarda to the Buyer are only indicative of the final product the Buyer will receive due to variations in paper/cardboard stock over time and the Buyer accepts the variations in properties of the paper/cardboard used (including colour, texture, thickness & finish) as part of their invitation order relative to any Dekarda samples provided to them.

As all Invitations are printed using offset machine, It is virtually improbable to control the quality of each product, since one order usually consists hundreds of products.  it is possible that subtle colour variations can occur between each piece, This is not a fault of the design but a natural effect of the printing process. Invitations can not be refunded or returned because of normal printing effects.

 

Minor differences in texture, thickness, colour, size and positioning can sometimes occur and are not classed as a fault.

 

Prior to delivery, Dekarda will send the buyer photographs and a video of the completed product.
The final products the buyer will receive will be nearly identical to the ones shown in the photographs and the video.

If the final product is inaccurate, not as requested, or differs from the approval drafts, the buyer may request that Dekarda reprint them for free. However, if the buyer has approved the photographs and video Dekarda given earlier, All Products (the color, texture, and design) are considered to have been accepted by the buyer. If the buyer has any questions about the photos or the video, Dekarda will be pleased to provide a closer look or another video until the buyer is completely satisfied.

6. SHIPPING SERVICE

Dekarda carefully checks all goods prior to dispatch. Dekarda does not accept any responsibility for damages to the invites or loss of invites arising from third party courier transit. The Buyer must advise Dekarda if they wish to purchase insurance from the courier service regarding any postage of the purchased goods to the Buyer.

Dekarda cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. We will however, do our best to send your order out as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact us if you have a specific deadline or would like to know an estimated timeframe for your order.

7. ERRORS

The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring all text provided is correct, including spelling and grammar. No changes can be made once printing occurs. Any excessive changes after the printing start will only be re-made at the Buyer's own cost. Dekarda accepts no responsibility for any error in design or printing after proofs are confirmed. Any mispelling in the text of the invitation (different than in the approved drafts)  which are solely caused by Dekarda will be re-made free of charge, which is what Dekarda’s  total liability to the Buyer is limited to and no refunds will be provided by Dekarda.

The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Dekarda requires approximately 6 weeks to re-make any order.

Unfortunately, errors which have been made based on the invitation wording submitted by the Buyer or have been approved in the drafts by the Buyers are not the responsibility of Dekarda  It is the buyer's responsibility to check the drafts for typos, spacing issues, font size issues, colour issues and any other errors prior to providing approval for Dekarda to physically make the invitations.

8. REFUNDS

No refunds will be given after the commencement of the order. The order will be considered final.

Cancellation Policies Cancellation of any order will incur a loss of deposit paid to Dekarda and is liable for the time spent on manufacturing charges that have occurred. Dekarda has the right to invoice and claim the FULL AMOUNT if the order is cancelled after work has commenced or been completed.

9. RETURN SAMPLES

We cannot accept returns on samples. Samples are a way to see our work in person. If you decide to use another vendor or do not like the sample, that is not a valid reason for a return.

10. COMPLAINT

Upon receipt of your order, we kindly request that you inspect the goods as soon as reasonably practicable. Please notify us of any shortages, defects, or other concerns regarding the products within 3 days of delivery.

 

We are committed to providing you with high-quality stationery that meets your expectations. In the unlikely event of any errors on our part, we will rectify them at our expense. To ensure prompt resolution, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

 

We offer free reprints if we determine that the stationery is faulty or does not meet the specifications of your order. In the event of a reprint request, we may ask you to return all or some of the product(s) in their original packaging at your expense. We may also request photographic and video evidence of the alleged fault or damage. Reprints will not be processed until we receive the returned product(s) and the requested evidence. We maintain copies of all printed goods to assess any potential printing faults or damage. If you request a reprint and we approve it, we will print the items free of charge. However, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the reprint order.

 

We do not offer refunds for damaged, faulty, or missing items. Instead, we will reprint your product(s) in accordance with these terms and conditions.

 

If you (the buyer) do not comply with the notification requirements outlined in the Inspection and Notification section, we will not be held legally liable for any complaints that should have been brought to our attention within the specified 3-day period.

 

All products are considered to have been accepted by the customer upon the conclusion of the 3-day notification period.

We value your satisfaction and appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.

11. COPYRIGHT

All copyright is owned and reserved by Dekarda.

No part of a Dekarda’s design may be reproduced in whole or part under any circumstance, including the personalised initial monograms, without the written consent of Dekarda. Under no circumstance can any of Dekarda's products be re-sold unless permission has been granted. Under no circumstance can any of Dekarda's products be modified in any way.

For all the new designs that Dekarda produced for your order, either the designs comes from the Buyer original or our new design especially made for you.Dekarda hasthe right to resell again or view them online in every website under De’karda names. With condition that your event date has already passed.

Dekarda has the right to put the company logo at the back of the invitations Dekarda ever made.

12. SAMPLE STOCK

Dekarda's sample stock is made up from previous customer orders.

By placing an order, the Buyer gives Dekarda permission to use leftover/ remaining stationery items from their order as future samples which will be shown/ sold and/or given to other customers and/or used for advertising of any kind.

13. CANCELLATION

Cancellation Policies Cancellation of any order will incur a loss of deposit paid to Dekarda and is liable for the time spent on manufacturing charges that have occurred. Dekarda has the right to invoice and claim the FULL AMOUNT if the order is cancelled after work has commenced or been completed.

14. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS, CONDITIONS AND OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.  The Buyer's order and payment (whether via website or another means) is considered acknowledgement and acceptance of all information provided on the website..

 

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against.
