Our customer service will provide with the invoice within 48 hours maximum.

If you have any special request to customize the product, you can contact our customer service.

After we received your down payment, we will send to you the wording templates. You will provide us the wordings in Ms Word format (not handwriting or bitmap or jpg).  Make sure they are all correctly written.

We would copy exact like what client informs us, and all the spelling with grammar are your own responsibilities. Personalized proofs designed will be emailed within +/- 5 business days for your review after the wordings has been received.

You'll work 1-1 with a talented designer to perfect your invitation. Wording, colors, and minor layout adjustments can be requested.  We will design 3 options of the main idea of the invitation (such as the cover, etc). Unlimited complimentary round of revisions will be given until you satisfied with the drafts. The time for draft setting back and forward from you and us will takes about +/- 1 to 2weeks.

Depend on how many revision there will be later based on your instruction.

We required the full payment to be made prior to production. Your order will be printed with the greatest of care on our state-of-the-art equipment.

Please be aware that there is NO CANCELATION ACCEPTED for any reason, once the payment is transferred.

Standard Printing production takes 35 working days.

Express Printing Production takes 28 working days (USD 65).

Rush Printing : takes 21 working days (USD 120)

Extra Rush Printing : takes 14 working days (USD 200)

(Holiday season, Office closure and weekend period is not included)

We will ship your package via TNT Fedex .
